Richard joined Seagars in 2020 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property conjoint degree at The University of Auckland. Richard qualified as a Registered Valuer in 2024 and works across a broad range of property types with a particular focus on development land for commercial and residential projects throughout Auckland.
